My Voting Record
During the campaign, I personally committed to post my voting record on my website. In the interest of being more transparent and accountable, I have taken this on as a personal promise to you, the taxpayers.
Here you will find the minutes of Council Meetings, how I voted on the motions and any comments on these. If you would like details in regards to any of the reports mentioned, please contact me directly and I will have these sent to you.
Also, if you are looking for a particular item of interest, please let me know and I can also forward you any reports that pertain to said item. In the coming year we will hopefully have all our votes posted. I moved a motion to have this come back to us by our January Commitee of the Whole that will show all votes from our Council and Committee of the Whole on our town website.
A previous motion was set forth to place just the recorded votes on the website, (which they are now). I feel showing all votes, not just a selected few, is more transparent and accountable to the residents. I will keep you updated on the progress of this.
